(1) These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts you conclude with us, Chuppy Cozy, through the online store www.chuppycozy.com. These terms govern the rights and obligations between you and us in the course of online commerce.
(2) A consumer, as defined in these terms, is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activities. A business is any natural or legal person or legally capable partnership who enters into a legal transaction in the course of their business or professional activities.
(1) The presentation of products on the website is an invitation for the customer to submit an offer to purchase. When the customer selects products and places an order, this constitutes an offer to buy.
(2) The contract of sale is concluded when Chuppy Cozy confirms the customer’s order, which can be done via order confirmation email or a notification on the website.
(1) All prices on the website are inclusive of the statutory VAT (Value Added Tax) according to German law.
(2) Available payment methods:
• PayPal
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Bank Transfer or other payment methods available during checkout.
(3) Shipping costs will be calculated separately and notified during checkout, depending on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
(4) The customer must pay the full amount at the time of the order or according to the chosen payment method.
(1) We will deliver to the address provided by the customer in the order. The delivery time will be notified during checkout.
(2) For international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying import taxes and any customs fees.
(3) Once the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider, the customer assumes all risks associated with the delivery, except in cases of our error during order processing.
(1) Right to Withdraw: Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order.
(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
(3) The customer must return the goods within 7 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
(1) Conditions for returning goods:
• Unused and undamaged.
• Returned in the original condition, with no alterations.
• With all original labels and packaging.
(2) Goods that cannot be returned:
• Personalized or specially made products.
• Gift cards.
• Unsealed hygiene products.
(3) To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email within 14 days after receiving the goods. Provide the following information:
• Order number.
• Items to be returned.
• Reason.
(1) Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
(2) Returns due to error: If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
(1) We do not currently offer a direct product exchange. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is confirmed.
(2) Refund process: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the refund status. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
(1) We are not liable for damages arising from the misuse of the product or failure to follow the usage instructions.
(2) Our liability for damages not caused intentionally is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
(1) All disputes arising from this contract will be resolved according to German law.
(2) If disputes arise, the customer may request resolution in the competent courts in Germany or in the customer’s country of residence, if agreed upon beforehand.
(3) Customers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, in accordance with Article 14 of the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
(1) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
(2) We reserve the right to modify and update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.
